Terms of Use — Little Hero

These Terms govern your use of the Little Hero mobile app, operated by Individual Entrepreneur Baudunov Rapkat (ИП Баудунов Рапкат), ИНН 22201199900599 ("we", "us"). Contact: rapkat99@gmail.com. By creating an account you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the app.

The service

Little Hero lets a parent or guardian create child profiles and read a curated catalogue of personalised children's stories, with optional on-device narration and offline downloads. The catalogue and features may change over time.

Your account

• You must be an adult (the age of majority in your country) to create an account, and you are responsible for everything done under it.
• Keep your password confidential. Tell us at the address above if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
• One account is intended for one family. Do not share credentials outside your household.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the app for anything other than personal, family, non-commercial reading;
• copy, redistribute, resell or publicly perform the story content outside your family;
• attempt to break, probe or circumvent the app's security, rate limits or access controls;
• use the app in violation of any applicable law.

Content and intellectual property

The app, its design and its story catalogue are owned by us or our licensors and are provided to you under a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use within the app. Personalisation (inserting a child's name) does not transfer any ownership to you.

Subscriptions

This release contains no paid subscription. If subscriptions are introduced in a future version, the price, billing period, free-trial terms and renewal behaviour will be shown at the point of purchase, billing is handled by the app store, and cancellation and refunds follow that store's rules. We will update these Terms before charging anyone.

Deletion and termination

• You may delete your account at any time from the parent zone. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
• We may suspend or end access to the app if these Terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, or if we discontinue the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). Where you deal with us as a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. Material changes will be surfaced in the app, and the "Last updated" date will move.
